Having a clear launch strategy will enable you to create business success.
I have launched numerous offerings over the last 13 months in business – some of which have been a huge success – leading to multiple 5 figures – and some which haven’t been as successful but have been a great learning opportunity.
Launching with a defined road map will enable you to share your services with confidence and give you the best opportunity to sell out your services.
That is why I’m sharing my key learnings with you in this blog post.
This is my launch strategy which I’ve created from my learnings. It’s the exact process I follow when creating and launching any new offering.
This has enabled me to support over 100 women and make over £200k in just over 13 months.
Ensure you are focusing on your mindset and energetics DAILY before, during, and after your launch as this will support you to stay focused and sell from desire as opposed to scarcity and lack.
Launching can wreak havoc with your mindset and can trigger beliefs that centre around doubt and fear. If the launch doesn’t go well, it can affect how you show up in your business and even make you question whether you can create success.
For this reason, it’s so important to connect with desire over fear and support yourself as you move through your launch plan so you can create the success that you desire.
Believing that you can create the success you desire is key. This belief will impact the energy with which you show up which, in turn, impacts how your clients perceive the services you are launching.

Connect back to you and what lights you up. What do you deeply desire to share with the world for the greater good?
Everything you launch should be deeply connected to your ‘why’ otherwise it will lack purpose. If your driver is linked to extrinsic motivation, your launch won’t be anywhere near as fulfilling and successful as it could be if it’s linked to intrinsic motivation.
What are your passions? What are you so deeply passionate about that you just have to share it with your community? Whatever that is – sell *that*.
Next, develop the idea for your offering and conduct market research to validate the offer. Get to know EXACTLY what your ideal clients want.
To conduct market research, connect with your ideal clients and ask what their desires are. Who do they aspire to be? What are they struggling with? What have they tried before that hasn’t worked? What’s going on for them?
Many people skip this step and don’t validate their offer before creating and marketing it. However, this is crucial to ensure that your ideal clients want exactly what you are creating. This will also ensure that you know their mindset deeply so that you can connect with them in the best possible way through your offer and also when marketing your offer.
Then, focus on the end result of the offer – the outcome or transformation, and create a clear framework to support your clients to achieve their desired outcome.
This isn’t about creating ‘fluff’. What do I mean by this? You can overwhelm your clients if you are bombarding them with information.
Think about the outcome that your clients desire and create a clear roadmap that will support them to create the outcome that they want.
Clients don’t care about the ‘features’ of your programme or what’s included. They care about the transformation, result, or outcome it will create for them.
Create an offer that will help your ideal clients achieve their goals by mapping the client’s journey from start to finish.
Here, it’s crucial to get clear on the A to B of your client transformation. Think about where your clients are before working with you and where they are when they leave. Get crystal clear on the journey you take your clients on.
Next, consider your client journey and how ideal clients enter your world and move through your different offerings. Create opportunities to upsell and down-sell them into other offerings.
Consider these questions: What opportunities do you have to welcome clients into your world? How do they develop trust with you so that they then go on to buy your offer? Do you have low, mid, and high ticket items to support them throughout different stages of the journey? How does this fit in with your offer suite and the particular service you are launching?
Next, create a clear marketing plan using your market research to understand your ideal clients’ wants and needs. Once your offer has been created, think about how you can create a marketing plan linked to this offer.
Ask yourself: How can you connect deeply with your ideal clients and clearly demonstrate that working with you will support them to create the outcomes they desire? How can you serve them through your content? How can you show up with consistency and potency, enabling them to see that YOU are the person to support them?

Launch stress is a real thing. Connect with your mindset and energetic work daily throughout each phase of your launch.
Keep focused on your vision and what it is that you are creating and practice non-attachment to daily outcomes. Ensure that you are focused and connected to serving the clients who will come into the offer.
Also, sell daily. Take feedback from the content that you create and share every day and use it to inform how you sell moving forwards.
Create opportunities for your ideal clients to buy from you. Ensure the content that you are sharing is serving them first and then selling at the backend.

Finally, review, amend, and adapt your launch strategy for your next launch.
Reflect on every phase of your launch and ask yourself the following questions: What worked well? What didn’t work well? What am I going to do differently next time?
