ETHICAL PRICING POLICY

This Ethical Pricing Policy (“Policy”) explains the pricing ethics of Helen Brierley Limited (“we,” “us,” and “our”).

Unless otherwise stated, this Policy describes and governs the pricing guidelines of Helen Brierley Limited with respect to the services (“Services”) we provide.

Our Principles
We have designed this policy to be consistent with the following principles:

  • We will always be transparent with pricing of Services. This means no offers will be presented without full transparency of what the Services entail. (Ie. no invisible offers will be offered by us.)
  • Full details of all Services will always be available before any purchase.
  • We will always deliver value, whether through monetarily free or paid Services.
  • We are always happy to answer any questions about any Services provided.
  • We stand for the empowerment of the buyer and are here to support the buyer to make informed choices that are best for them.
  • We will always price Services in accordance with our Code of Ethics and will align with the responsibilities its states.
  • We ensure our Services are priced in an easy to understand way.
  • We will never use psychological tactics to encourage a buyer. We support the buyers choice from a place of empowerment and self autonomy.

Our Approach
How Service Prices are Determined
Our Services are priced based on the following components:
  • Investments made within the business to be able to deliver the premium service provided.
  • The value received by clients.

How Prices are Shown
Prices are shared through our website, instagram, sales pages and PDFs depending on the Service.

How Prices are Reviewed
Prices for all Services are periodically reviewed each quarter. Prices for Services may be adjusted on price reviews as we determine. New Services will be priced on launch.

How Discounts are Offered
Services discounts are offered in the following scenarios:
  • To current and repeat clients in 1:1 and mastermind Services.
  • For celebratory purposes (eg. Birthday sales).
  • For new Services launches (eg. Founders launch).
  • For bonus trainings offered through affiliations or referrals.

How Freebies are Presented
Our freebie is genuinely monetarily free to obtain. There is no requirement to sign up to the mailing list unless desired. The freebie is also of premium quality out of respect to the potential buyer.

How Prices are Phased during a Launch
During a launch prices for Services will be phased as follows:
  • Pre-Sale: 1 week
  • Early Bird: 1 week
  • Full Price
A lower price will be offered for bundle purchases for Services.

How Prices Plans are set
Pricing plans are offered for Services to support the buyer. Pay in full (PIF) and payment plans will always have the exactly same price. With the exception that if there is a variance in pence value on a payment plan versus the PIF, it will be rounded up to the nearest pound each month.

Changes to this Policy
We will continue to evaluate this Policy as we update and expand our Services, and we may make changes to the Policy accordingly. We will post any changes here and we encourage you to check this page periodically for updates to stay informed on how we price our services.
