Does this sound familiar?
You set yourself a goal to accomplish something in your business. For the first couple of weeks, you are motivated to work on your passion project, but you soon find yourself demotivated. You feel frustrated because you don’t meet your expectations so you decide to pull back.
I want you to know that you are not alone. As a mindset coach, I see so many people struggling with consistency and commitment in their business which in turn affects the results they create. In this blog post, I am going to share my tips on how you can stay committed and consistent in your business.
I am so excited to be sharing these as consistency and commitment have been key parts of my success in business. They have enabled me to be clear on what I’m working towards and take the actions required to create the results I desire in my business.
Consistency is a key part of building a brand. Who you are and how you show up helps you to build trust with your audience.
Your clients need to know what to expect from you. They need to know they can trust you to be reliable and that your commitment to high standards will support them to achieve the transformation they are looking for.
In order to build trust where clients drop into your Instagram DMs and ask: ‘How can I work with you?’, you need to be known for something. This comes from consistency.
You need to show your clients that you’re the best person to support them and you need to do this over and over again. This shows reliability and people will know what to expect from you. If you’re committed to getting your clients the results they desire, this will also lead to client retention and word-of-mouth recommendations.
Here are my tips for consistency in business:
It’ll be no surprise to you that I’m going to start with mindset work here. What you believe about yourself and who you believe you are will determine the results you create.
If you don’t believe that you can achieve anything you want to, there’s some mindset work to be done. So you can open up your capacity to receive and take the actions you need to take to create results. So you can support yourself through any challenges.
Your commitment to wholeheartedly believing in yourself will create the results you desire. My blog post on mindset tools is a great resource to get started with mindset work. I’ve also recorded a self-belief meditation for my clients. If you’d like to get access to it, reach out on Instagram or via email, and I’ll share the link with you.
I recommend sharing your own success and your clients’ successes to inspire your audience. Show them the journey you take your clients on and the steps they take to get to where they want to be. Share the stories that you have created from the amazing work you do. When you serve your clients at the highest level, they will automatically share this too.
Assess your consistency in your business in all areas – your visual presence, the language you use, the way you show up, the consistency of your message, your client journey, the boundaries that you set, communication with all members of your team… This will all lead to reliability and trust, which are key factors of your success and growth.
I recommend documenting these to ensure you are being consistent. For example, consider creating some brand guidelines and documenting your client journey step-by-step so you’ll know what needs to happen at each stage of your client journey for you to deliver an outstanding experience for your clients.
Commitment is the key to unleashing your potential in both your personal and business life. When you commit to your business, you embrace the unknown and take action in pursuit of what you want BEFORE it is your reality. You step out of your comfort zone and take uncomfortable action to go for what you want, dealing with any challenges head-on.
Here are my tips for staying committed to your business:
When you know what you’re working towards, you have focus. When you have a crystal clear picture in your mind of the result you want to achieve, you’ll be able to keep committed to your vision.
I recommend connecting to your vision daily to get inspired. Then, plan what action you need to take to achieve your goal. This will help you take the right action, keep yourself accountable, and move your business forward.

When you are starting out, I recommend starting small so you can remain consistent with your actions. Remember that you do not have to do it all at once. You do not have to grow your Instagram account, start a blog, and build your email list from day one.
Start by being consistent with one action and build on it over the coming weeks and months. This will ensure you won’t get overwhelmed. Taking one step at a time will help you build momentum: consistency goes hand in hand with commitment.
So often my clients sign the most phenomenal clients right after someone has just said no to working with them. You never know when someone is going to land in your inbox and ask about your offers.
Trying to figure that out will waste your time and energy as you can never know this. Stay committed knowing that what you are sharing is cumulative and is working, especially before the evidence is there. Then it will be.
If you look for solutions, you’ll find them. If you look for problems, you’ll find them. This is a choice – you can focus on abundance and positivity or on lack and negativity.
Commit to focusing on solutions and redirect and reframe thoughts that are negative. Every day we have the choice to focus on empowering or disempowering thoughts.
These journal prompts will help you to reflect on how consistent and committed you are in your business.
Affirmations are positive and uplifting statements that help you overcome fears and negative thought patterns. Repeated use of affirmations can help you create new neural pathways in your brain. This, in turn, will help you become the best version of yourself and achieve your goals.
Affirmations can help you take consistent action towards the things you desire to achieve. The more you repeat a certain affirmation and the more you take action towards your goals, the more you are going to feel the affirmation become part of your identity.
Using affirmations is one daily mindset practice I recommend to all my clients so try to repeat affirmations as much as possible. Create a daily routine for repeating your affirmations. This can be in the morning after waking up, at lunchtime, or in the evening before bed.

When you co-create with your superconscious mind, making money in your business will happen faster and easier than ever before (without you doing more).
You’re on the cusp of another up level. You’ve felt the inner knowing for a while now but you’re yet to break through that glass ceiling.
You’ve utilised the principles of manifestation to get to where you are now but you’re missing something.
And intuitively, you know what that missing something is…
It’ll be found through reconnecting to that space where your ideas are delivered to you via your superconscious mind. They download seemingly out of nowhere. As do events, circumstances and opportunities that your mind and will couldn’t have created alone.
Understanding The Art and Science of manifestation will guide you to understand manifestation at a new depth. In my free 2 part coaching activation, you will gain a new level of self-awareness so you can realign your vibration frequency to manifest your desires over and over again.
